The policies and agreements that govern attendance, speaking, exhibiting at, and cancelling participation in CAMA EXPO 2026.

Code of Conduct

Version 1.0

By attending the Canadian Aesthetics Expo (CAE) 2026, you agree to the following Code of Conduct: 1. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT All attendees are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional behaviour throughout the event. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful conduct toward any person will not be tolerated. 2. RESPECT & INCLUSION CAE 2026 is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all participants regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, or professional background. 3. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY Photography and video recording are permitted in general areas. Recordings of sessions may not be distributed without written consent from CAMA and the presenting speakers. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY Some sessions may contain proprietary clinical information shared in confidence. Attendees agree not to share session content in any form without express permission. 5. COMPLIANCE Attendees must comply with all venue rules, local laws, and CAMA staff instructions at all times. Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without refund. By completing registration you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation as an Exhibitor at CAE 2026. 1. BOOTH CONDUCT Exhibitors must confine all activities to their assigned booth space. Noise levels must not disturb neighbouring exhibitors or session rooms. 2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Distribution of materials or solicitation outside your assigned booth is prohibited without written approval from CAMA. 3. SETUP & TEARDOWN Move-in: Friday September 25, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Move-out: Sunday September 27, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Booths not cleared by deadline may be cleared at exhibitor's expense. 4. SHIPPING All goods must be addressed with exhibitor name and booth number. CAMA accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods. No COD shipments accepted. 5. INSURANCE Exhibitors are responsible for their own property and liability insurance. CAMA accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury arising from exhibitor activities. 6. CANCELLATION Cancellation policy is outlined in your exhibitor contract. Booth fees are non-refundable within 60 days of the event. 7. LIABILITY CAMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation as an exhibitor. You agree to indemnify and hold CAMA harmless from any claims arising from your booth activities or materials. By submitting your exhibitor registration you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Speaker Agreement

Version 1.0

This Speaker Agreement is between you ("Speaker") and the Canadian Aesthetics and Medical Aesthetics Association ("CAMA") for participation in CAE 2026, September 25–28, 2026, Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto. 1. SESSION RECORDING You grant CAMA permission to record your session(s) in audio and video format. Recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY You retain ownership of your original content. You grant CAMA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your presentation materials, name, likeness, and biography for event promotion. 3. PRESENTATION MATERIALS You agree to provide final presentation materials to CAMA no later than 7 days before the event. Materials must not contain off-label drug promotion or unsubstantiated clinical claims. 4. ACCURACY You represent that all clinical information presented is accurate, evidence-based, and complies with applicable regulatory requirements. 5. CONDUCT You agree to abide by the CAE 2026 Code of Conduct and to present your session as scheduled. 6. CANCELLATION If you are unable to present, you agree to notify CAMA as soon as possible and no later than 14 days prior to the event. CAMA reserves the right to remove you from the program and marketing materials if adequate notice is not provided. By accepting your speaker invitation you agree to the terms of this Speaker Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and CAMA with respect to your participation at CAE 2026. Staff Agreement & Code of Conduct

As a member of the CAE 2026 event team, you agree to the following: 1. CONFIDENTIALITY You will have access to confidential information including attendee data, financial records, and operational details. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential during and after the event. 2. CONDUCT You represent CAMA and the CAE brand at all times. You agree to maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanour with all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors. 3. DATA PROTECTION Any personal information you encounter in your role must be handled in accordance with PIPEDA and CAMA's data protection policy. Personal data must not be copied, shared, or retained beyond your assigned duties. 4. MEDIA You may not post or share event content on personal social media without prior approval from CAMA communications staff. 5. COMPLIANCE You agree to follow all instructions from CAMA management and to comply with venue rules and applicable laws at all times. 6. TERMINATION CAMA reserves the right to remove any staff member from the event for conduct that violates this agreement, without further obligation. By accepting your staff role at CAE 2026 you confirm you have read and agree to this Staff Agreement. This agreement is effective from the date of acceptance through the conclusion of the event.
